The bride, coming from the USA, and the groom, from Switzerland, not only brought together two cultures but also family and friends from all over the world for the first time in the heart of the Engadin Alps.
Getting Ready with a View of the Engadin Mountains
From the early morning, excitement filled the air. In the elegant setting of Hotel Belvedere, the bride got ready with her bridesmaids and her mom while the sun slowly rose above the peaks outside. For us as wedding photographers, it was a gift to capture these intimate moments of joy and anticipation.
The Ceremony in Scuol – Authentic and Emotional
The wedding ceremony took place in the picturesque setting of the church in Scuol. Surrounded by the majestic mountains of the Lower Engadin, the couple exchanged their vows. What made it so moving was the unique blend of Swiss and American wedding traditions – a perfect symbiosis of local heritage and international flair.

In the evening, Hotel Belvedere transformed into a festive wedding location full of lights, colors, and international guests. While the culinary team served regional delicacies with a creative American twist and wonderful wines, several speeches and a lot of fun made the evening very special.
Later in the evening the dance floor quickly filled with laughter, music, and unforgettable emotions – and performances.
